In October 2021, I spent a good few weeks hunting for a neff slide and hide oven that matched with a neff microwave. I stumbled upon one piece at Ruislip Appliances' online store and discovered the other matching piece at their physical location, which I checked out. The products were graded, but the staff assured me they were in good shape. Right now, I'm loving both appliances in my kitchen and I can't express enough gratitude to the crew at Ruislip Appliances for their assistance.

The support I received was just outstanding, they really went the extra mile! I purchased a pricey Miele tumble dryer, but it had an issue. They swapped it out for a Siemens model since I opted not to get another Miele. Believe it or not, that one had problems too! Without any hassle, one of the staff came over, checked it out, and confirmed it was faulty as well, so they replaced it again! Finally, I chose a Bosch and I’m super satisfied. I can't say enough good things about the service from Ruislip Appliances; they’ve earned my loyalty for future purchases. I highly recommend them. Such a thoughtful group of folks.

I got a dishwasher when lockdown first hit. They also took care of the installation, even with social distancing being a concern. Overall, the service was top-notch and the prices were pretty good too.

I reached out to this company to confirm if the products were available before placing my order online (I had already put them in my cart, and the site said they were in stock with a delivery time of 3 days) - but when I called, I was informed they were actually out of stock. I mentioned they should update their website to show this, and then they just hung up on me! Just plain awful service.

Whenever I shop at Ruislip Appliances, I always receive top-notch customer service with no problems at all. Being a picky shopper, I’m tough to please, which is why I used to stick with John Lewis. However, two years back, I got a tip to try Ruislip Appliances. After purchasing a Smeg cooker and hood, a Bosch dishwasher, a washing machine, and a Neff fridge, I can honestly say I’m all in. Highly recommend them!

I’m sure with that kind of thoughtfulness and generosity, his customers are well taken care of. He really brightened my day (even though I felt a bit shy about it!). I've been a customer for quite a while, but that's changed now.

The staff can be pretty rude after they’ve made the sale. The guy who calls himself the 'Head of Online Sales' actually hung up on me while I was expressing my dissatisfaction. Can you believe that? (At least they did give me a full refund, thank goodness.)

It’s really disappointing to see a local shop act this way. They seem to manage just fine when everything goes smoothly, but the trouble starts when there’s an issue, like stock problems or delivery mishaps.

Honestly, I’m starting to think it’s not worth it to shop with them anymore. Their prices aren’t any better than John Lewis or AO.com, and their customer service is lacking.
